Local AI: Researching 450 WWII Forced-Labor Interviews with the Framework Desktop, Ryzen AI Max+ 395 and Qwen-3.8 27B LLM

I’m particularly interested in cloud-independent AI and Digital Sovereignty, experimenting with OpenClaw and Hermes Agentic AI, off-grid LLMs and AIoT. I hold a Diplom-Informatiker Univ. degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich.
